Duncan R Despite having owned the old Mortiis records and Burzum synth albums for years, I'm fairly new to the greater dungeon synth scene. One of the undoubted highlights I've discovered so far is Spectral Kingdom, and this second effort raises the bar even higher. Dark, haunting and majestic - and above all highly recommended. Favorite track: Wolf Banners at Dawn.

Andrew McQuaid emotive mix of dungeon synth and neo-classical. and it works really well! the strings on the second track are very reminiscent of the soundtrack work of nick cave and warren ellis. highly recommended! Favorite track: Wolf Banners at Dawn.
